Panerai heralds their infamous classic watchmaking design by creating timepieces with the black seal logo that indicates the new model was inspired by a historical watch from their archives, of which the PAM00183 is one. The PAM00183 has a stainless-steel, cushion-shaped case that is 45mm in diameter and 13mm thick, with an exhibition case back, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown. The dial is black and features a luminous California mix dial with indexes and Arabic numeral hour markers. Additionally, the dial has a seconds sub-dial at the 9-hour mark and the Radiomir Black Seal under the 12-hour mark. The Panerai PAM00183 is powered by the Panerai Calibre OP XI which is hand-wound, chronometer-certified with a 56-hour power reserve. The case is paired with a brown leather strap that features a pin buckle. It has a water resistance of 100 meters (330 feet).
